FAQ's

• What are your opening hours?

The Babylon office is open from Monday- Friday, 9am- 5pm. However we can be contacted 7 days a week via e-mail or telephone. If we do not answer then please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible.

• I am considering making a purchase- is the product in stock?

All products listed on the website are usually in stock. However if an item is out stock then the product will either be temporarily removed or it will be listed as ‘out of stock.’ If an order is placed and the item is out of stock then we will contact you immediately. We will then offer either a full refund or an alternative delivery date. 

• How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all items the next working day following the date of your order. Most products will arrive at mainland UK areas within 5 working days. However some items can take up to 10 working days. Please refer to each specific product for further details. 

• Is delivery free to where I live?

Babylon offers a free delivery service to the majority of mainland UK postcodes. However surcharges apply to some more remote areas. Please refer to our delivery page for further information http://www.babylongardenfurniture.co.uk/info/customer_service/delivery

• Can my order be delivered overseas?

Babylon can arrange an overseas delivery. Please contact us by telephone: 0845 074 3510 or by email info@babylongardenfurniture.co.uk and let us know your requirements. We will then provide you with further delivery information.

• Can I provide you with a special delivery instruction?

Yes. If you have any special delivery instructions then please contact us with your request as soon as possible.

• Can you deliver on a Saturday?

Babylon can deliver most products on a Saturday. However this service is not free of charge- please contact us for further details: info@babylongardenfurniture.co.uk

• Will someone contact me to let me know when I can expect delivery?

The Babylon delivery department will always contact the customer by telephone prior to delivery. We will then arrange a convenient delivery time with you. 

• Can you hold my order and deliver on a specific date?

 If the specific date required is longer than the standard delivery time then Babylon can deliver on a specific date. Please contact us with your request as soon as possible.

• What should I do if my order arrives and it is damaged?

• What happens if I would like to cancel my order?

In the unlikely event that an order needs to be cancelled, you must write to us within 7 days of receiving goods. Goods must then be returned to us promptly at your cost and in the condition that they were delivered. After goods have been returned and inspected we will then refund your payment.
